Lead Times

Most products ship in 3 to 5 business days. Custom imprinted products can take longer.

Expedited Order Processing

A rush charge of 10% ($25.00 minimum) will be applied to any expedited order.

Orders Placed via Telephone

A flat rate of $10.00 will be applied to each order placed by via telephone.

Delivery Times

Please allow 2-5 business days for transit depending upon your location. Next day and expedited shipping is available – Please call first to make special arrangements.


Notification of any shortages or incorrect shipments must be within ten (10) days.

Returned Goods

All returns for credit require written authorization. To process a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form contact Customer Care at  800-844-3739. Custom printed product is not returnable.Merchandise must be returned in full boxes, original packaging and in good condition. Authorized returns must be received within 10 working days from date of issuance.

We will allow returns under the following conditions:

1. When ordered in error and if returned in less than 30 days of the date of invoice, freight prepaid by the customer. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed.

2. When shipped in error by us, and returned within 30 days from date of invoice, for full credit, including freight.
